Why didn’t I get my license Key?

If you set up your account through the license key URL and do not remember your password, select the reset password link on the login page. 

 
How do I change my password?

If you forgot your password or just want to change the one you have, please go to the login screen and select ‘Forgot Password’ link. You will receive an email with instructions.

Why can’t I login?

Check your username spelling and password. You may need to follow the reset password steps. Go to the login page and click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link and follow the steps. If you still have issues, contact support@axiomsaleskinetics.com 

 
Why can’t I access the ASK CRM from the dashboard?

You should be able to click and access the CRM directly from the dashboard. If you are taken to a separate login screen for the CRM and, upon login, are still unable to access it, you may need to purchase a license for the CRM.

If you have purchased a license and still cannot gain access, try to login to the CRM directly at crm.axiomsaleskinetics.com. If you still need assistance, please contact support@axiomsaleskinetics.com

 
How do I change my information?

If you want to update your personal information, you can do so from the dashboard by selecting Account Details, then updating your information.

 
How do I assign licenses to users?
  • Only ASK CRM admins have access to the Admin portal. 
  • Navigate to ASK CRM and open the side menu. 
  • Select Admin 
  • From here, you can update each user’s “reports to” field.
 
Can I take a course more than one time?

We are so glad you ASK’ed!

Purchasing full access for one year of ASK Selling Sciences Program and CRM gives you unlimited access to the learning content.

Stand alone ASK Selling Sciences modules (Qualifying, Presenting, Objection Handling, or Developing Opportunities) will only allow a single course completion.

You will receive a discount code upon completion if you want to purchase and retake the course.

The ASK 7-Day Trial provides limited access to both the ASK Academy and ASK CRM.

 
How do I access Ask CRM?

If you purchased the ASK 7-Day Trial or the ASK Selling Sciences Program and CRM, you would have access to the CRM. You can navigate there from your dashboard by clicking on the CRM button or navigating to crm.axiomsaleskinetics.com

 
How do I cancel my account?

As outlined in the terms and conditions, you can request a cancellation by contacting billing@axiomsaleskinetics.com

 
How do I export information from the CRM?

The tables/grids on each page allow for exporting. Right-click to see the options.

 
How do I add more users to my account?

The original purchaser needs to log in to their account and purchase more licenses. Once done, a new license key for the additional users. For further information, please contact clientsuccess@axiomsaleskinetics.com

 
How do I remove a user from my group?

Administrators can remove a user from the admin page. 

  • Navigate to the individual user and edit their details. 
  • Click the X next to their license for removal
  • You may assign this license to another user
  • Provide your new user with the URL License Key for them to complete the registration process.
